It has been sooooo HOT this week! We have been sweltering in the high 90's for what seems like forever. It's too hot to play outside----it's even hot playing inside with central air! Today, Russ set up the fan in our living room to circulate the cooler air. Blake said, with eyes full of hope,
"Dad, are you blowing away the sun?"
Wouldn't that be nice every once and awhile? I'm sure I'll be sorry about this post when I'm scraping my windshield in a few months......
I hear you...it has been REALLY hot here. I am definately enjoying the cooler weather today! I love when I can open my windows, and have a nice breeze.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it sad when you have to stay indoors in the summer of the heat? It's like winter, but in August (or September as the case may be). I hope it made for warmer water for Monday's boating though!
