The new word at my house is "spooky." I like it better than scary because of the problems the word causes with my 3 and 1 year old. Therefore, everything is "spooky."
From the obvious things: jack-o-lanterns, skeletons, and witches.
To the not so obvious: spooky couch, spooky glue stick, and spooky toothbrush.

"Ween," as Maren calls Halloween, has been fun. Blake dressed up as a ghost and Maren a pumpkin. Blake had a school party and then we went Trunk-or-treating at the church.
Itold him, "Blake, you go to the cars, say trick-or-treat, then they will give you candy."
He says, "Mommmmm, cars don't have hands to give me candy."
The kid is truly a genius.
Happy Halloween.....we're going to miss the BIG day because Blake and I are going to DISNEYLAND!!!! We're going with some great friends and will be back next Tuesday.

It was great to see you last night. BTW-did you hear about the conversation our husbands were having? It was interesting!!:) Your kiddos were SO CUTE in their costumes! Have fun in Disneyland...I will just be here...doing nothing!!:)

She was one of my best friends there, and she is (love her) TERRIBLE at keeping in touch, wink. We'll talk soon!
